Intelligent Air Circuit Breaker Automatically Inspection line: is mainly composed of four test units such as mechanical characteristic inspection unit; protection characteristic inspection unit; pressure enduring test unit; terminal test unit and auxiliary components including hoisting workstations, accompanying fixture and accompanying tray.
Production lines can automatically complete operation of the closing of circuit breaker, energy storage, shunt release as well as the inspecting of voltage, current, and other testing parameters with the results displayed in human- Machine Interface. Besides, it has fault alarm function which can handle with non-normal conditions by sending sound and light warning to inform operator to promptly react.
